What’s New in 2026

Expanding Your Wellness Journey with Us

As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited to share some of the new ways we’ll be supporting you on your path to wellness. At Massage Professionals of Jackson Hole, we believe bodywork is more than a moment on the massage table — it’s a lifelong journey toward balance, resilience, and self-care. This year, we’re introducing fresh opportunities to learn, connect, and grow both inside and outside of the treatment room.

Lunch & Learn Zoom Classes

Short, engaging, and designed to fit into your busy schedule, our Lunch & Learn Zoom series brings wellness education straight to your desk or kitchen table. Each month we’ll dive into topics like stress management, pain relief techniques, and bodywork benefits — giving you practical tools you can apply right away.

Monthly Wellness Happy Hour

Wellness is even better when shared. Our new Wellness Happy Hour will be a monthly in-person gathering where you can enjoy light refreshments, connect with like-minded community members, and hear from experts in health and wellness. Think of it as a relaxed, welcoming space to refill your cup — in more ways than one.

Social Media Q&A + Tips

We know questions don’t stop when you step out of the spa. That’s why we’ll be opening up our social channels for Wellness Tips and Massage Q&A. Whether it’s “How often should I stretch?” or “What can help plantar fasciitis?” — our therapists will be there to provide thoughtful answers and practical advice.

A Podcast with Heart

Launching in 2026, our podcast will take you deeper into the world of massage and wellness. Each episode will feature conversations with massage therapists, clients, and wellness experts, blending stories, science, and the soul of bodywork. Our goal? To share wisdom, inspiration, and a behind-the-scenes look at how massage therapy transforms lives.

Monthly Massage Giveaway

To bring our community even closer, owner Valerie Karpiel will be giving away one free massage every month in exchange for short video content that we can share on social media. This is a chance to showcase real stories, real people, and the real impact of massage.

Please note: participants will be required to sign a media release and consent form prior to their session.

podcast setup

Your wellness journey doesn’t start and end with your massage appointment — it’s an ongoing relationship with your body and the care you give it. By expanding what we offer in 2026, we hope to give you even more ways to stay connected, informed, and inspired.

Here’s to a year of growth, connection, and deeper wellness. We can’t wait to take this next step with you.
